Telecommunications in Nigeria, a social media perspective

The Nigerian telecommunications industry is highly active on social media, with thousands of engaged customers voicing their opinions of each brand. Ornico analysed the entire industry on social media from August to October, with headline findings presented in this research report. The headline findings show which brands have taken the lead in share of voice, sentiment, reach and engagement across their audiences. The findings also share how key issues such as network connectivity, data, airtime and service levels are perceived and discussed across each brand’s audience base on social media.
